We recently made our first wedding cake with a rainbow inside! The colourful and quirky wedding cake was filled with 6 layers of bright coloured sponge to create a rainbow when it was sliced open. This must be one of the most fun and exciting wedding cakes we’ve ever made…and not only did it look great inside it tasted great too! We made a test cake which we got to wast all to ourselves! Yum!
